What is a Printed Edition?
A Printed Edition is a bespoke magazine-style keepsake designed around your story, photographs and memories.
Unlike traditional photo albums, each edition combines thoughtful layouts, storytelling, editorial-inspired design and meaningful details to create something personal, beautiful and designed to be revisited for years to come.

How do I reserve my edition?
You can reserve your edition through our Reserve Your Edition page.
Simply:

Complete the reservation form

Pay the booking deposit
Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive your onboarding information and next steps.
What happens after I book?
After your reservation deposit has been received, you’ll receive:

a welcome guide,

onboarding information,
-
your questionnaire,
-
photo upload instructions,
-
and timeline details.
Once we receive your photos and completed questionnaire, we’ll begin designing your edition.
How do I send my photos?
After booking, you’ll receive a secure upload link with simple instructions on how to submit your photos and content.
You don’t need to organise everything perfectly — we’ll guide you through the process.
How many photos can I include?
Each package includes a recommended photo allowance to ensure your edition feels balanced and beautifully designed.
If you have additional images you’d love included, extra pages can be added to your package.
Can I request changes to my design?
Absolutely.
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds so you can review your digital proof and request adjustments before printing.
Additional revision rounds can also be purchased if needed.
How do I review my edition before printing?
Before your edition is sent to print, you’ll receive a digital proof to carefully review online.
This allows you to:

review wording and captions,

request any included revisions,

and ensure everything feels just right before final approval.
you will be able to write any changes right onto the digital proof so there is no confusion around your revisions.
Printing will only begin once your final proof has been approved.
How long does the process take?
Turnaround times vary depending on your package and how quickly photos and information are submitted.
Turnaround time begins once all information and photo's have been provided.
Approximate design turnaround:

Classic & Timeless Editions: approximately 3 weeks

Forever Editions: approximately 2 weeks priority turnaround
Printing and shipping times are additional.
Do you print the magazines?
Yes — every Printed Edition includes a professionally printed keepsake magazine delivered directly to your door.
Additional copies can be ordered after your edition has been completed, making them perfect for parents, grandparents, family and friends.
What if I don’t know which package to choose?
That’s completely okay.
If you’re unsure which edition best suits your celebration, simply get in touch and we’ll happily guide you toward the best option for your story and photo collection.
Do you create custom editions?
Yes. If you have a unique project, special request or larger event in mind, we’d love to hear more about it.
Custom quotes can be provided for bespoke projects outside our standard packages.
Do I need professional photos?
Not at all.
While professional photography looks beautiful in print, some of the most meaningful memories come from candid everyday moments captured on phones and personal cameras.
We thoughtfully design around the images you provide to create something cohesive, personal and meaningful.
Please note that we do not professionally edit or retouch photographs prior to printing. For this reason, image quality may affect the final printed result, particularly if photos are low resolution, blurry, dark or heavily cropped.
Where possible, we recommend submitting the highest quality versions of your images to ensure the best print outcome for your edition.
